Viewing License Agreement
By completing your purchase or accessing the film using a coupon code, you ("the Viewer") agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by Music for the Soul ("the Licensor"). Please read this agreement carefully before viewing.
1. Grant of license
Your purchase or redemption of a coupon grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream the film Innocent Child for personal viewing only. This license is granted to you as an individual and may not be shared, transferred, or assigned to any other person or entity.
Personal viewing is limited to household use on up to two (2) personal devices at a time.
2. Copyright and ownership
Innocent Child is protected under United States and international copyright law. All rights are reserved by Music for the Soul. All music, visuals, interviews, artwork, and content within the film remain the intellectual property of Music for the Soul and its contributors. Nothing in this agreement transfers any ownership rights to the Viewer.
3. Permitted use
Under this license, you may:

Stream the film on your personal device(s) for private, non-commercial viewing

Use personal assistive technology such as closed captions or screen readers for accessibility purposes

Pause, rewind, and re-watch the film within your access period
4. Restrictions
You may not, under any circumstances:

Edit, modify, cut, remix, subtitle, translate, or otherwise alter the film in any way without prior written permission from Music for the Soul

Upload, share, screen record, duplicate, torrent, distribute, email, publicly stream, post on social media, or otherwise redistribute the film in whole or in part

Screen the film publicly, including in churches, schools, support groups, organisations, or any gathering of more than 20 people, without a separate Public Showing License

Use the film for commercial purposes, fundraising events, ticketed events, or monetised platforms without prior written authorisation from Music for the Soul

Sublicense, sell, rent, or transfer your access to any third party

Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notices, watermarks, or credits within the film
5. Public showing license
Churches, schools, counselling organisations, support groups, and other organisations wishing to screen Innocent Child to a group of more than 20 people must obtain a separate Public Showing License from Music for the Soul. To enquire, please contact info@musicforthesoul.org.
6. Access period
Your access to the film is subject to the plan you have purchased. Streaming plans provide access for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Purchased plans provide ongoing streaming access. Access periods are non-extendable and non-transferable.
7. No refund policy
Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once access to the film has been granted. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from viewing the film, please contact us at info@musicforthesoul.org and we will do our best to assist you.
8. Termination
Music for the Soul reserves the right to revoke this license immediately and without notice if you breach any of the terms of this agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the film. Music for the Soul reserves the right to pursue any legal remedies available in the event of a breach.
9. No warranty
The film is provided "as is." Music for the Soul makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the film's content, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Music for the Soul shall not be liable for any emotional distress, damages, or losses arising from your viewing of the film. If you are a survivor of childhood sexual abuse and are concerned about the impact of viewing, we encourage you to seek appropriate support before and after watching.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Music for the Soul's total liability to you for any claim arising from this agreement or your use of the film shall not exceed the amount you paid to access the film.
11. Governing law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tennessee.
12. Changes to this agreement
Music for the Soul reserves the right to update this license agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website with an updated date. Continued use of the film following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
